The General Responsibilities include:

  • Monitors departmental and team goals to maximize productivity, efficiency and effectiveness

  • Assists with creation of Policies and Procedures for department; ensures compliance with regulatory and compliance standards

  • Assists with regular audits and performance reviews to monitor compliance - Interacts with investors regularly and maintains a positive relationship and regular communication

  • Assists with departmental projects and strategies

  • Ensures performance-related issues are addressed through corrective action in a timely manner

  • Provides leadership and guidance to associates

  • Performs active performance management and coaching to associates


Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience

  • Proficient knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office tools

  • 1-2 years management experience required

  • Mortgage Default experience including loan modification underwriting and settlement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field

  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to supervise others with emphasis on productivity, quality and team work

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to delegate
