The General Responsibilities include:
Monitors departmental and team goals to maximize productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
Assists with creation of Policies and Procedures for department; ensures compliance with regulatory and compliance standards
Assists with regular audits and performance reviews to monitor compliance - Interacts with investors regularly and maintains a positive relationship and regular communication
Assists with departmental projects and strategies
Ensures performance-related issues are addressed through corrective action in a timely manner
Provides leadership and guidance to associates
Performs active performance management and coaching to associates
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience
Proficient knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office tools
1-2 years management experience required
Mortgage Default experience including loan modification underwriting and settlement
Bachelor's degree in a business related field
Excellent customer service and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise others with emphasis on productivity, quality and team work
Good organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and ability to delegate
