We are currently looking for a Commissioning Advisor, STEAM, Environmental Control Solutions, Construction & Commissioning
This position is responsible for the planning and management of startup, commissioning, testing, and technical services for Capital Projects. Responsibilities are broad in scope and require process evaluations/improvements/optimization, and diagnostic engineering
for all company products, processes of new projects, retrofits/rebuilds and technical services. This planning starts during the proposal stage and continues through the performance tests. Serve as company representative at the job site. Ensure customer expectations,
job scope and cost requirements are met. Reports to Commissioning Manager.
Planning (during both the proposal stage and the project execution stage), scheduling, commissioning.
Managing startup, commissioning, testing and training activities for projects.
Sales support audits, marketing leads, customer reviews, for all products.
Financial Management (travel expenses, time sheets, work orders, etc) for all startup and commissioning activities.
Documentation (turnover packages, daily log entry, inspection reports, startup and commissioning test forms, etc) for all startup and commissioning activities.
Customer interface and coordination for all startup, customer training, commissioning activities and performance testing.
Assist in the development of startup, commissioning activities and servicing methods procedures.EXPERIENCE ( essential functions)
Minimum of five years’ experience in customer, commissioning technical services with strong people, communication, and organization skills.
General knowledge of the field construction process: working knowledge of company products and required commissioning procedures.Must be capable of the efficient utilization and scheduling of time and resources to insure that all internal and external customer needs are satisfied. Must be capable of crisis management and working in fast paced situations with often rapidly changing priorities.Ability to understand and manage subcontractors; ability to organize all phases of commissioning, client relations, etcQUALIFICATIONS:
Must have Knowledge of Alstom technologies
Knowledge of other functional areas within the organization
Must have knowledge of the Domestic environment
Knowledge of international environment preferredEDUCATIONAL EREQUIREMETNSHigh School Diploma required, BS in Engineering preferred
