As a member of Aetna's Digital Workspace Solutions analytics team, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to define and develop techniques for leveraging the latest data analytics technologies, together with cutting edge end-user computing tools to help deliver a world class digital workspace experience for a Fortune 50 company. This position be providing Level One and Two virtual Technology (Citrix) support. Provide coverage 24X7, 365 days on rotation. Customer service focused and operational excellence. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to take creative actions.
Define and develop techniques for leveraging the latest data analytics technologies
Access to cutting edge end-user computing tools to help deliver a world class digital workspace experience
Provide Level One and Two virtual Technology (Citrix) support.
Provide coverage 24X7, 365 days on rotation.
Excellent customer service skills and focus
Must be able to work independently and have the ability to take creative actions.
Experience supporting distributed network, telephony, PC/Server operating systems and/or videoconference technologies.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Information Technology/Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) is desired
Customer Service/ is desired
