This position will work on an as needed basis.

Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Minimum Experience: None required, experience preferred.

Required license/certification: Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy

This position is responsible for the following:

healthcare providers.

Timely and accurate preparation, delivery & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so.

Ensuring accuracy of one’s own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, certifications, registration and other documentation. This position must reflect consistently departmental Quality Improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs and initiatives.

This position is responsible for collecting, auditing, and recording data to prepare Quality Improvement reports monthly.
