The Project Accountant will work together with Meeting and Congress planners and is responsible for the reconciliation of each of the congresses operated by the team. The project accountant is also responsible for creating service fee reports for each congress and/or meeting. Additionally the project accountant will be responsible for Transfer of Value reporting for both the US and European Union countries under EFPIA.

Job Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete reconciliation file for each Congress.
Check reconciliation file against holding account file to ensure all expenses match
Create a Service Fees report for each congress
Create a Pass Through Expense report for each meeting
Conduct Transfer of Value Reporting
Conduct Year End Accruals
Minimum 1 year experience in a meetings related position preferred
Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and client billing required
Bachelor or Associates Degree in accounting or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
