The Business Operations - Reporting Analyst will have the following responsibilities: Primary Serve as the initial point of contact for production and research administration based internal/external tracking reports Coordinate material investigations with Inbound Operations, Transportation, Test Administration Services, and Resolutions departments Produce daily administration tracking reports Research any tracking issues within client specific database and assess the situation to determine if further action is required Provide support to Inbound Operations for the roll out of additional tracking and reporting Secondary Assist the Senior Inbound Operations Manager during production planning meetings. Provide general support for any inbound process problems. Ensure quality of the reported data Perform other duties as required including learning other Austin operations, lead in other areas during off peak times. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience in a work environment Minimum of 1 year Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project experience in a work environment

Minimum of 1 year database management experience including research and reporting Minimum of 1 year Microsoft Excel experience in a work environment with a focus on creating and analyzing pivot tables Preferred Skills Previous industry experience in supply chain and/or warehouse operations Previous experience with tracking, researching and reporting Professional Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi task daily activities and projects Ability to prioritize work Strong analytical, organizational skills. Very detail oriented.
