Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 25 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced CAPPS HR/Payroll Taleo Analyst to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Oversees and/or performs highly- advanced consultation and analysis work in order to incorporate recruiting, performance and learn functionality offered by Taleo_Fusion within CAPPS HR/Payroll.
Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and ensures system documentation reflects current state.
Identifies problems and proposes innovative
Provides project management, system expertise and functional support, assists with agency deployment activities, including confirmation of functional configuration set-up and prototyping
Communicates complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in
Works with CAPPS technical and functional resources
Oversees and/or participates in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling; performs strategic analysis and planning; prepares charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and processes
Provides internal and external training in areas of
Provides functional expertise for one
or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules, in a highly customized complex environment:
HCM 2 Core HR;
HCM 2 Position Management;
HCM 2 MSS/ESS;
HCM 2 Portal.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in each of the following areas:
process or systems analysis and design work for ERP related systems;
developing functional specifications for large projects;
gathering, analysis, and documentation;
documenting functional designs; and
developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting
Four (4) years of experience working with ERP Recruiting, Learning Management, and Performance Management
Two (2) years of experience in the following:
conducting presentations, providing instructor led training, or facilitating workshops; and
One (1) year of experience in each of the following areas:
working with application end- users to prototype Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Learn, or Oracle Fusion Performance
& Goal Management modules in a workshop setting; and
configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Learn, or Oracle Fusion Performance & Goal Management.
Two (2) years public sector
Experience configuring PeopleSoft HCM x HR.
Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM 9.x HR with Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Learn, or Oracle Fusion Performance & Goal Management modules.
Specialty expertise in any of the following:
State of Texas Mainframe Systems (e.g., USAS, USPS, SPRS, );
State of Texas ERP (e.g., CAPPS);
State of Texas ERS
