VMware Education Operations Supervisor, Americas in Austin, Texas

Looking for an individual with strong organizational and leadership skills who can lead a team of Customer Experience and Sales Support representatives to support the Americas Education Sales team.


· Management of Customer Experience and Sales Support Team

·Oversee allocation of all delivery support resources within AMER

·Responsible for ensuring all payments within North and South America, for all delivery types, are booked on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

·Handle any customer escalations

·Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner according to agreed upon SLA

·Monitor KPIs

·Manage quarter end activities to ensure all revenue is recognized for the Americas

·Oversee all internally funded training and ensure we receive funding at the end of each quarter

· Serve as Education Deal Desk for AMER and serve as the liaison with legal, revenue and other deal support teams


·Expert problem solver

·Ability to adapt through business changes

·Ability to collaborate with different groups within Education organization and company

·Understanding of the software training business preferred

·Previous people management experience required

·Knowledge of SalesForce and MS Excel required

·Ability to initiate change and improvements to workflows and streamline operations
