Assist with the program management office workstream, workplan management and deliverable management process as well as assisting with the tracking of deliverable requirements. Assist teammates with assignments, as needed, to ensure the entire team meets its deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:

Support the control and administration activities performed by the program manager.

Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel macros

Coordinate all program-level reporting: aggregate and publish inputs from financial management, quality management, value measurement, resource management, individual projects, etc.

Execute program-wide approaches, plans, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate program communications, both internal and external.

I dentify and provide program-wide administrative functions to best leverage economies of scale across the program.

Work closely with project managers, service delivery management, service management, client organization, suppliers, and third party contractors to resolve escalated issues via the Governance Model

Monitor program-level risk and issues and work with project leadership to develop risk mitigation plans Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (with a graduation date no later than August 2016) A track record of strong academic performance (2.8 or higher cumulative GPA) OR

4 years of Military experience Other Professional Skill Requirements and Qualifications:

Solid technical foundation with a desire to work in an information systems environment Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and Visio
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and relationship-building skills Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Candidates must be located within the Austin, TX area or commutable distance.
