Etch Advanced Process Control Engineer

Seeking an experienced Advanced Process Control engineer interested in working alongside a talented team of professionals with a key focus on establishing and maintaining world class process/equipment optimization and yield enhancement as a competitive advantage.


  • Provide high-level systems expertise and apply advanced process control techniques for process optimization

  • Work with Etch engineers to setup, optimize, and maintain all multi-input/multi-output APC models for both feed forward and feedback process control.

  • Routinely perform statistical analysis of APC inputs/outputs to ensure the most optimal modeling parameters are implemented

  • Utilize TPM concepts and LEAN tools to implement systematic solutions for long-term prevention of issues

  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment


  • BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field of study plus a minimum of 3 years of industry experience

  • Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

  • High-level systems expertise and experience in Advanced Process Controls

  • Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills

  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment

  • High level of initiative and desire to learn

  • Familiar with TPM concepts

  • Successful candidates will be detailed and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.

  • Ability to meet due dates for action items

  • Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs.

  • Must be punctual
