Etch Advanced Process Control Engineer
Seeking an experienced Advanced Process Control engineer interested in working alongside a talented team of professionals with a key focus on establishing and maintaining world class process/equipment optimization and yield enhancement as a competitive advantage.
Provide high-level systems expertise and apply advanced process control techniques for process optimization
Work with Etch engineers to setup, optimize, and maintain all multi-input/multi-output APC models for both feed forward and feedback process control.
Routinely perform statistical analysis of APC inputs/outputs to ensure the most optimal modeling parameters are implemented
Utilize TPM concepts and LEAN tools to implement systematic solutions for long-term prevention of issues
Willingness to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment
BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field of study plus a minimum of 3 years of industry experience
Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
High-level systems expertise and experience in Advanced Process Controls
Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills
Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
High level of initiative and desire to learn
Familiar with TPM concepts
Successful candidates will be detailed and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
Ability to meet due dates for action items
Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs.
