We are looking for a highly motivated, accountable individual to help increase the performance level of the Facilities engineering team


Operations & Maintenance Support

  • Provide day to day support of operational and maintenance issues on site

  • Assist/lead in troubleshooting of system operational issues

  • Manages projects with small to mid-scale capital investments

  • Complete monthly system operational cost analysis

  • Utilize experience to increase awareness in the field and identify improvement areas

  • Provide technical guidance for engineering

  • Find weaknesses in current safety, standard operating procedures SOPs, and operation and make improvements

  • Analyze situations and make recommendations for solutions

Project Management

  • Understands basic project principles such as milestones, resources, duration, critical paths, and project baselines

  • Equipment startup and commissioning process

  • Change order identification, tracking, and closeout

  • Involved with equipment selection to provide input

  • Sets up basic project files

  • Receives status updates from milestone owners

  • Performs basic research and benchmarks

  • Tracks project milestones including task duration and resource usage

  • Creates reports showing critical path activities and schedule

  • Coordinates Facilities equipment improvement projects.

  • Perform detailed analysis of problems and all possible solutions

  • Perform project walks with system owners (change orders, bids, etc.)

  • Review P&IDs and provide input for projects

  • Review and provide technical input on feasibility and technical reports for engineering (prior to submission)

  • Review/update/ create SOPs

  • Review and sign off on step plans

  • Review FMEA and provide technical input in the review process

  • Hold training for the team over systems and operation as needed

  • Coordinate installation and commissioning

  • Ensure proper closeout of the entire project


  • 6-10 years related experience

  • 4 years of college or equivalent

  • 5+ years mechanical system project / commissioning experience (chillers, boilers, HEX, HVAC, compressors, pumps, motors, and piping) preferred

  • Effectively communicates via verbal/written means

  • Multitasks and adapts to constant change

  • Proficient in or able to learn relevant SAS systems

  • Able to use Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

  • Able to use project management software such as Microsoft Project

  • Basic presentation skills
