TurnKey Vacation Rentals Guest Experience Agent in Austin, Texas
TurnKey is looking to hire a talented, self-motivated Reservations Agent to join our Guest Experience Team. Like most roles at startups, this person will wear a lot of different hats - from Reservations Sales Agent to Customer Service for current guests staying at TurnKey properties. The ideal candidate wants to get in on the ground floor of a startup and can handle a broad range of tasks.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering incoming phone calls from guests staying at TurnKey properties and troubleshooting guest in-house issues • Handling guest escalation issues • Proactively identifying possible issues and/or quality assurance concerns to the Operations Team • Taking initiative, ability to make recommendations, and confidently assessing and solving problems, a must • Assisting with training and mentoring the growing Guest Experience team • Providing feedback and serving as a liaison with contract services (i.e. house cleaning, plumber, electrician) as needed. • Motivating and a self-starter who is looking to grow in their career, as the shift we are looking to hire for is full-time, 8 hours per day - some day shifts, some evening shifts, and some additional on-call hours
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a call center environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. If working weekends does not interest you, please do not apply for this position.
