Job Summary

The Apple Human Resources HelpLine is looking for someone to join the team and provide administrative support to Apple employees and HR HelpLine Representatives on various topics. The HR HelpLine is the first point of contact in the resolution, escalation, or routing of inquiries.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize workload independently

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Possess a proactive approach to accomplishing work, have immaculate follow-up, and the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results

  • Technology savvy

  • Excellent computer skills (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)

  • 1-3 years HR-related experience


-Basic administrative duties such as typing, scanning, copying, and creating documents as needed

-Create Verification of Employment Letters for current, former and future employees

-Provide requested employee information to internal recruiters, managers, and employees

-Research and process Employee Referral Bonus information using various internal programs

-Provide employee information as needed to internal and external sources

-Respond to external requests for sponsorship and product donations via email and mail

-Provide administrative support for internal HR HelpLine

-Process and complete any other requests concerning employee information


College degree preferred, but not required
