Our Client Services team is looking for an experienced and passionate web technologies genius; is that you?
The Implementation Web Developer, (internally known as an Implementation Engineer or IE), is a post-sales position pivotal for coaching our clients through the successful implementation of Bazaarvoice's products. You'll be working with some of the most recognized brands and retailers on the planet partnering with their technical teams to provide training and implementation guidance on Bazaarvoice products. The IE holds regular meetings with the client throughout the duration of the project, providing technical consulting and troubleshooting, and ensuring that the client is equipped to meet their project landmarks successfully.
In this role there's a lot to learn and we'll coach and prepare you to "wow" our clients. You'll become an authority in our product and solution offerings along with our implementation methodologies, tools, and tech. You'll collaborate with several other functions within Bazaarvoice on a regular occasion, keeping everyone up to speed on the project status.

Ideally, you've been in a customer-facing technology role or customer service role in the past.
