We are seeking anInside Sales Representativewho has the desire to provide amazing pre and post sales support. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the Ketra system and provide technical and customer support expertise to our growing customer base.

This role reports to SVP of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become very knowledgeable with the Ketra product line, and how it is used in various residential, commercial and industrial applications.

  • Support the Outside Sales team with quotes and construction submittals.

  • Serve as a focal point for providing support to our distributors.

Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a variety of complementary skill sets. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.

  • Individual should be a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a technical field.

  • Individual should possess very good communication and administrative skills, and enjoy collaborating with people via email and on the phone.

  • Someone who likes a challenge and enjoys meeting and influencing new people.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software tools.
