Kforce L1 Technical Support in Austin, Texas

A Kforce client is looking for a Technical Support Candidate in Austin, Texas (TX). This person will support end-user hardware and software applications via telephone calls. The individual will perform routine support procedures typically followed to address end-user requests.Duties:

  • Must be courteous; acknowledge callers by name; understand the customer's environment

  • Consistently uses telephone scripts

  • Empathize with callers' situations and qualify customer issues

  • Maintain prompt and effective inter and intra-team communication

  • Must have technical support experience

  • Must have call center experience

  • Understands Help Desk 'Fundamentals'

  • Has experience with similar technology (Point of Sale, PCs, Servers, Printers, Application Support, ID Maintenance, etc)

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule
