The Recruiting Flex Coordinator Manager will work with Recruiting and HR leaders to drive strategy, process re-engineering efforts, and efficiencies through the establishment and ongoing development of the new centralized flex coordination team. He or she will need to demonstrate top-notch influencing and collaboration skills to gain alignment on and drive key process improvements that will result in effective, efficient and high-quality coordination services to internal customers.
This role is located on our campus in Austin, TX.
3+ years of people management and experience in developing a team
5+ years of Recruiting or HR experience, Recruiting Coordination experience preferred
Ability to collaborate and influence key business partners with outstanding interpersonal skills
Proven success in developing effective strategies in an operational role
Superior analytical skills and the ability to approach problems flexibly and creatively
Expertise in effectively balancing workflow between team members, ensuring the needs of various business partners are being met Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables
Proven track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly capable of exercising tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting internal customers
Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations
The Manager of the Recruiting Flex Coordinator team provides support services to a variety of Recruiting and HR teams. In this role, you will be expected to help redefine how we approach coordination and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
Design, develop and maintain the recruitment coordination process and procedures
Architect innovative and scalable solutions to drive productivity
Provide career development and mentorship to team of direct reports
Build and maintain a quality relationship with internal business partners
Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and resolve potential gaps
Monitor and constantly strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of coordinator processes
Source and interview potential candidates for open roles on the team
Manage and develop the team of recruiting flex coordinators
Act as a single point of contact for Recruiting/HR managers regarding coordination topics
Bachelor's degree required, Masters/MBA preferred.
