We are currently seeking to hire a Bilingual Manager, Maintenance Renewal (LATAM) . This position is responsible for actively managing customer accounts, resolving customer issues, and collecting customer software renewals for support/updates on SolarWinds products.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Managing and guiding a team of renewal representatives.

  • Achieving targets as set out by management.

  • Providing timely and accurate weekly forecasts to management

  • Creating plans and procedures to enhance and further develop the renewals team.

  • Working closely with other cross-functional management teams and departments in marketing, product, finance, and customer service operations

  • Working alongside and developing business relationships with new and existing channel partners in LATAM region.

  • Bilingual - must speak Spanish and English

  • Portuguese is a plus

  • 3+ years in a quota carrying role with demonstrated achievement

  • 2+ years of Management experience

  • Ability to recruit a team and scale against aggressive growth targets

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and our overall business environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with strong interpersonal skills
