Position Summary

This role will be responsible for the Go-To-Market activities for the Optiplex portfolio of products at Dell. The role requires someone who is passionate about products and has a background in product messaging, go-to-market activities, and launch. Key responsibilities - PR Activities/Reviews/Event support and coordinating - Launch events – Posters/Giveaways/Lobby or lunch and learn events - Sales Advisory Board Creation/Program Mgmt - Own these customer and sales events globally

Messaging: - Help refine the OptiPlex Value Proposition and customer-facing marketing messaging - Ensure OptiPlex Product Management Deliverables meet the needs of our customers – both internal and external - Help define the delivery vehicles of the above deliverables to ensure proper and appropriate Sales Coverage and Consumption - Competitive Materials & Sales Training: - Help Product Management with Hot responses/deep dives/ Edge Videos/ Competitive Kitchens - Be the SPOC to work with and conduct planning to ensure we are presenting and participating in all of the key forums - Be the SPOC/Liaison to LD team - Coordinate / Position OptiPlex for all Future Ready Workforce Events

Requirements - Undergraduate Degree and minimum of 8 years product management/product marketing experience, preferred in technology industry - Demonstrated ability to leverage customer & market insights to plan and design competitively advantaged products based on target customer’s unique requirements. - Strong strategic marketing background – particularly product marketing. - Excellent communications skills – listening as well as speaking/writing. Persuasive style. - A proven leader, visionary, with demonstrated ability to execute and a bias for action. - Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with data and numbers, quantitative representation of the facts. - Demonstrated ability to manage within a matrixed environment is critical.
