IBM Oracle Business Analyst in AUSTIN, Texas
IBM CIO is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to fill a Senior Business Solutions Analyst position to support our Oracle eBusiness Suite environment. The Business Solutions Analysts will perform advisory and implementation services that will help translate business needs into effective technology solutions and/or process improvements that optimize processes and ensure the business applications continue to serve the company.Job Duties:
Experience deploying and maintaining system setup/configurations to support business processes.
Responsible for providing timely and thorough application user support, which includes user training, guidance on navigating through issues in Oracle ERP and issue management / resolution.
Design solutions for the assigned application in support of product development projects and implementation of deliverables.
Proficiency in working with business users and technical teams to translate business requirements to solutions.
Design, develop, modify, debug and implement solutions per business requirements
Analyze and recommend Business process improvements to meet operational objectives
Work on global teams and support global cross-functional environment partnering with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
Provide in-depth functional solutions to business leaders and IT management that ensure development and configuration of efficient application systems in accordance with established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
Help Desk Tickets – Troubleshoot and resolve.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
5 plus years’ experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i or later, including knowledge of Quoting, Configurator, Order Management and Service Contracts
Oracle Cloud experience a plus
Working knowledge of PLM tools for example -Agile
Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills
