Job Description Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
EBS-HCM professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle human resources solutions for benefits, core HR capabilities, time management, training, payroll and recruiting.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications - 3 years of ERP implementation experience and currently working with Oracle Cloud HCM - 3 years of experience in 2 or more of the following modules in EBS or PeopleSoft HCM: Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Compensation, TAM, Performance Management, Recruiting - Minimum of at least 1 full life-cycle implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud - Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Thursday) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1 years of team lead experience or 1 years of Project Management experience - Knowledge and hands on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation and Talent modules with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment / support
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to use and adhere to project methodology - Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements - Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with support
