Encompass Home Health Pediatric Occupational Therapist/OT in Austin, Texas
Our Occupational Therapists (OT) help pediatric patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. The Occupational Therapist, (OT), uses treatments to develop the daily living skills of their pediatric patients, the basic motor functions of patients as well as to compensate for any loss of function that may have occurred with the patient. The Occupational Therapist, (OT), administers skilled care to pediatric clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Must hold a current, unencumbered license, as an Occupational Therapist (OT), in TX.
Must have one year of post graduate clinical experience.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in pediatric therapy practice.
Hold a current CPR certification.
Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
