MI Ops team is looking for driven and motivated Equipment Technician to join the maintenance group. We value those who think outside the box and are constantly looking for ways to improve our equipment and procedures. We value respect, initiative and teamwork.
Metrology Mission Statement: To provide accurate precise measurement with timely feedback and zero product detriment.
Metrology is extremely critical especially as we continue decreasing in device technology node.
Use your troubleshooting capabilities to help establish root cause and develop solutions
Perform PMs and run routine weekly quals and health checks
Help update methods and procedures on current maintenance items
Metrology tool knowledge and skills a plus
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and tool vendors
Specific Job Duties:
Equipment recovery and troubleshooting
Perform PMs and routine daily/weekly quals
Equipment improvement projects
Update SOP’s and specifications
Work closely with Supervisor, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing and tool vendors to prioritize work tasks and help achieve goals of the company
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Technician is encouraged to have working knowledge of metrology equipment
Methodical troubleshooting skills
Initiative and continuous improvement mindset
Attention to details
Must be able to create and follow SOPs
Experience with Equipment Management Software, DataManager, YMS, Workplace, EMS, Simax, etc.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work B or D shift (Nights)
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum # Years Required:
- Two years of college or technical school and metrology tool experience preferred
