Senior-level program manager to drive cross-functional programs to deliver new IT capabilities for Dell’s Digital Fulfillment portfolio. This role will drive work specifically related to the Microsoft MDA-related roadmap and partner with IT, Product Group, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other functional teams as appropriate.
-Leads program core team meetings and activities, develops thorough business plans, ensures timely status updates, manages and tracks program changes, risks, and mitigation plans, and ensures on-time phase transitions and delivery of all program team artifacts.
-Drives cross-functional team to deliver clear and comprehensive business requirements, end-to-end process flows, and all business-side documentation in support of new capability delivery. As primary interface to Digital Fulfillment IT, this role ensures clear understanding of program requirements, monitors IT progress on behalf of business stakeholders, ensures business-side validation via demonstrations or user testing, and drives business adoption readiness (training, process changes, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
-Develops working relationships and communicates/influences broadly at IC, Management, and Executive levels across impacted functional and product teams to ensure alignment on program status and associated risk/issue areas.
-Demonstrates a rapid learning curve and develops strong knowledge of product development and fulfillment processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage to influence and manage portfolio decisions.
-Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field and 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Cross-functional team management
-Ability to work independently and deliver upon commitments with limited direction and bound by business plans and strategy
-Strength in written & verbal communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional influence across varying levels of IC/management/executive stakeholders
-Ability to quickly gather relevant information, perform necessary analyses and develop an insightful opinion.
-Ability to utilize strong problem solving and analytical skills to lead diverse and opinionated stakeholder groups through complex decisions
-Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction
-Familiarity with agile/SCRUM IT development methodologies a plus
