We are seeking aRegional Sales Managerwith a strong track record of success selling systems to B2B customers in the San Francisco area. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate the superiority, innovation and value of Natural Light, and turn customer interest into design wins.
This role reports to Director of Sales.
Determine key targets including architects, lighting designers and developers to present the Ketra solution.
Develop relationships with the design and build ecosystem (designers, MEPs, contractors and disturbers).
Manage pipeline of opportunities and work with Ketra factory applications team to successfully help designers use Ketra lighting and control products.
Meets quota targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within San Francisco.
Help customers commission Ketra lighting and control products.
Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a variety of complementary skill sets. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business administration or related discipline.
Five plus years of successfully selling systems to B2B customers.
Experience with LED lighting and /or lighting controls is a plus, but not a requirement.
Successful track record in sales or business development roles.
Highly motivated with a passion to make Ketra a market leader in lighting.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and execution skills.
