Job Description

This is a client facing role managing a large team of Account Managers in a fast-paced atmosphere. The Delivery Lead will facilitate the adoption and sustained use of advertising products to cross industry SMB advertisers for our client. This person is also responsible for and own the delivery of service and sales goals to the client, while managing all aspects of the team’s strategy, forecasting and delivery of execution excellence. Sales acumen, people management, motivation, engagement and accountability are key functions of this role.

Responsibilities may include:

Maintain and develop key client relationships

Work with the client to determine strategic vision for the program and implementing changes

Responsibility and ownership for delivery, quality programs, and new processes and workflows

Collate and consolidate status reports on performance metrics of the team

Own escalations and issue resolution

Manage Account Management team to meet sales targets

Coach, manage and develop team members

Allocate resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results and develop team members

Implement continuous improvement programs including product knowledge training, coaching sessions, skill building and professional development seminars

Responsibility for team members’ formal evaluation processes including career development, salary review and performance management

Provide feedback and input on sales collateral and value propositions

Meet obligations established within the contract

Ensure process and procedure documentation is complete and robust

Provide subject matter expertise into sales excellence

Interview and hire new candidates for the team Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ experience in an individual contributor sales role (tele-sales, inside sales or account management) managing an assigned book of business Minimum 3 years’ experience leading / managing teams of at least 30-team members (or more) in an operations environment Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, marketing or business Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital advertising is preferred

Strong client relationship management skills

Team management in sales environment with a proven track record of meeting targets

Ability to work with and lead the team in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Excellent telephone etiquette

Excellent organization and presentation skills

Highly energetic, self-starter and good motivator

Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills

Flexibility and ability to multi-task in an environment with shifting priorities
