LongView International Senior Program Analyst in Austin, Texas
The Senior Program Analyst will be considered the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Veteran’s Affair’s. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze, design, build, and gain adoption for solving customer pain points in support of the organization’s strategic plan. Must be passionate about improving the customer experience.
Be the Voice of the Customer guru to support organization strategic plans.
Lead planning efforts to identify, clarify, and organize VOC work into projects in support of organization strategic plans.
Create plans, status reports, and executive presentations.
Work with Senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to execute projects in support of the VOC initiative
Be the central liaison for all VOC requirements, risks, issues, and projects.
Creates policies, approaches, plans, and strategies on the maintenance and operation of VOC once the strategic initiative is complete.
Identifies integrations between VOC and ongoing operations and project efforts, to include working with software and product teams to ensure systems are built in such a way that the organization is continuously listening to and learning from the customer voice.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strengths in analysis, presentation skills to all levels of the organization, and project leadership
History of identifying customer needs and inventing scalable ways to meet those needs.
Ability to communicate vision and drive execution across teams
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Education: Master’s degree and 10 yrs. experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of Master’s)
Security: Ability to pass pre-employment background investigation, including credit check. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
