Job Description

The Talent Strategist Manager reports to the Talent Strategy Senior Manager as part of a global team that builds and deploys talent management programs across the entire employee lifecycle. Our goal is to attract, engage, inspire and retain the best digital talent on the planet. The Talent Strategist Manager will contribute a mix of strategy and delivery skills to the team, with heavy emphasis on project execution.

Talent Strategy (20%):

Partner with Talent Strategy team and business leaders to develop and prioritize portfolio of initiatives for delivery Align or integrate our programs with broader portfolio of HR initiatives across Accenture Provide support to the Digital HR team by responding to inquiries, providing guidance and assisting with issue resolution as needed Project Execution (70%):

Design, develop and execute talent strategy projects across Accenture Digital Create and manage to project plans for successful delivery Identify business sponsors to support program design and delivery efforts Conduct internal research to define business needs and requirements to shape program design Conduct external research to identify market and competitor programs or best practices Develop and execute program change management activities and communications Create program deliverables and collateral for various stakeholder groups Develop and manage program budgets as needed Overall Talent Program Management (10%):

Maintain overall portfolio of talent strategy initiatives across Digital Work with program leads to identify status, proactively identify issues and options for resolution Create or provide inputs into Executive communications and reporting materials Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

Must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA)

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, Talent Development or Talent Management

Minimum of 3 years in roles working with globally distributed teams Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in wide range of HR capabilities such as: recruiting, onboarding, staffing, engagement, learning and talent development, talent and performance management, inclusion and diversity, compensation and HR operations

Superior program and project management skills; Independently set direction and prioritize activities to drive execution

Expert capability in gathering, synthesizing, manipulating and analyzing data to drive insights; translating into compelling deliverables Power-user across MS Office applications (PPT, Excel, Visio)

Exposure and demonstrated interest in Digital capabilities (e.g. analytics, mobile applications, digital marketing, cloud) Professional Skills:

Analytical thinking and structured problem solving; creativity in identifying options and solutions to overcome challenges in program implementation

Adept in executive-level communications, influence and stakeholder management

Ability to partner effectively with business and HR colleagues to drive program execution

Flexibility to adapt and effectively navigate within an ambiguous operating environment Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Role Requirements:
