Job Description

Customer Service Delivery professionals includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Service Enablement professionals support activities associated with enabling the customer and providing service support.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

The Team Lead will have the following responsibilities:

Perform the Ads Classification Live rail process fifty percent of the time. Complete the required number of quality assurance audits Cascade and train the team on process updates Re train and re-educate the team should there be identified error trends. Calibrate with Client’s Subject Matter Experts on quality scoring Maintain and improve the training curriculum and train new hires Collects, measures, analyzes, evaluates, interprets and summarizes data in preparation for generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project. Train new hires Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead Interface effectively with Client team Address technical questions from the team Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

1 year of experience as a Manager in an Operations environment 1 year of experience in Excel Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience domain experience is preferred Other Qualifications:

Quick learner, and ability to lead a team Excellent oral and written communication Passion for learning and creative problem solving
