The Total Rewards Strategic Change Team is responsible for developing and deploying appropriate change management approaches and tactics that drive business adoption in the digital world for Total Rewards.
We are looking for a Strategic Change Support Analyst to join our dynamic and fun team to help provide day to day support to the Total Rewards Strategic Change Manager who is based out of the UK. We are looking for someone with a creative flair, drive and energy - who is interested in learning and developing change management techniques, approaches and tools to support this critical area of Accenture Human Resources.
You would be required to work virtually (from home or local Accenture offices) as our overall team is virtual split between the UK and USA. Due to the virtual nature of the role you need to be someone who is a “self-starter” someone who can manage their own workstack and plans independently.
Production of creative written material - is a key component of the role, typically working in PPT Stakeholder engagement – support the production of stakeholder engagement materials Support the design and build of change interventions as required (comms, training, readiness materials, stakeholder decks, media, video, etc.) Change impact assessment support – support with the planning, preparation and delivery of change impact assessments to understand how different programmes/projects impact different stakeholder groups Change admin – provide administrative support and organization of documents, trackers, SharePoint sites etc. to ensure smooth running of the Strategic Change team Helping implement organizational change enablement strategies for compensation tools and processes Helping to develop creative ways to influence change and increase adoption across the organization Cultivating effective relationships with primary team members and key stakeholders to ensure as a team we have strong stakeholder relationships Business readiness – support with the business readiness tracking for go-live to ensure necessary activities are complete and stakeholder groups are ready for go-live Support Governance activity – Help track and manage status of the enablement readiness activities and change journey with the TR teams Risk and issue management support – help manage and track enablement risks and issues Helping collate feedback and improvement ideas relating to the effectiveness of tools and processes (from an enablement perspective) Researching and quickly learning innovative change enablement concepts, methods and best practices Thought leadership and best practice – Build internal connections to help build own knowledge of current change management enablement tactics and approaches Key Relationships Reports To - Total Rewards Change Manager (UK Based – Virtual) External Relationships - N/A Internal Relationships - Wider Strategic Change Management Team and the Total Rewards CoE team members Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience following secondary education
Minimum of 2 years of related HR and/or Total Rewards experience Preferred Skill Requirements:
Experience working with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Total Rewards/HR knowledge and experience
Marketing and communications skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in related subjects: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, English, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Change Management
Prior Total Rewards change management experience
