The Global TMS Systems team is responsible for the smooth operation of all the systems used by our business partner, the Team Member Services (HR) team, and for providing them with top-notch support and application guidance. We’re looking for an energetic, self-driven, and ambitious developer to help us with this endeavor.
Work in an Agile software delivery environment
Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
Develop Workday Custom reports and enhancements
Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
Work as an integral member of a cohesive and highly collaborative Agile team
Drive cross team design / development via technical leadership and mentoring
Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
Be able to travel (approximately 10%)
2-4 years of programming / development experience
2+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday Studio Integrations
2+ years of strong Workday development experience using EIB, calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
Well-versed in agile development methodologies including SCRUM best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player
Patience, understanding, flexibility, and a good sense of humor
Strong preference will be given to candidates any of the following:
Experience with Workday Web Services -API integrations, file transfers, and encryption protocols
Experience with Workday’s HCM suite
Experience with SOX principles and concepts
