Daybreak Venture Admissions Coordinator in Bastrop, Texas
This position will also be responsible for filing and maintaining order to resident records. Must be task-oriented and organized.
The purpose of this position is to establish an effective system to gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of the resident. Also to identify from among the residents seeking admission those for which the facility can provide adequate care.
The specific responsibilities of this position are described in the Essential Functions.
Have a high school diploma or GED Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in Long Term Care preferred. Strong communications are required and must have good organizational ability along with excellent follow through. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offered drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
