The charming town of Borger prides itself on being a family friendly community. Home to just over 15,000 people the town has plenty to offer! Our Borger plant produces both ammonia and urea and as of 2015 is currently undergoing an expansion. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the Loadout Supervisor, will be responsible for managing DEF and product loading. Lead and enforce safe work practices in all operating and plant activities by following Life Critical Programs and Tenets of Operations.
Direct daily loadout operations to ensure the personal safety of everyone at BNO and the safety of the team.
Effectively communicate with department managers and supervisors, as well as support groups to achieve plant goals.
Demonstrates leadership and high-performance character through a passion for the job, acceptance and champion of change and a desire for the success of BNO.
Successfully coach personnel towards effective and successful performance in conjunction with the Tenets of Operation.
Ensure compliance with incident and near miss reporting, JTOs and ORM reporting, Management of Change, work orders, safety housekeeping.
Works with all departments to ensure reliability and equipment care standards are met.
Responsible to work with logistics, sales/marketing to optimize the shipments of both rail, and trucks.
Collects and reports budgeting needs for the loadout area.
Any other job responsibilities as required by the Company’s discretion

A high school diploma or equivalent.
College degree preferred or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Supervisor in a production facility/preferred warehouse supervisory experience.
Demonstrates good knowledge, skills and behaviors conducive to heavy industry or manufacturing operations.
Able to communicate with direct reports, peers and superiors.
Computers skills, must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new operating systems, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with SAP a plus.
