Community Health Systems Service Coordinator - Plant Operations in Brownwood, Texas
Coordinates the day to day operations of Plant Operations including preventive maintenance and work order assignments and tracking, time and pay record keeping, scheduling, supply acquisition, maintain records of departmental, EOC activities, and clerical functions. Takes minutes for the EOC, maintains the SDS records. General knowledge of equipment PM and maintenance procedures. Minimum qualifications: Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.
Offers professional services on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees construction progress, ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are adhered to. Supervises construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to review design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures. Develops and designs feasibility studies for review. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of secretarial experience preferred. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
