Main Job Responsibilities Include: • Responsible for filling various containers including bottles, drums, totes, and isotainers. • Must be certified to drive a forklift. Will load finished product into cargo trucks and containers. • Safely perform required tasks efficiently by following standard operating and job safety analysis procedures • Perform multiple operational tasks in fast paced environment • Ability to pay close attention to detail • Accurately complete necessary paperwork, computer and SAP transactions • Flexibility to work overtime as required • Efficiently perform tasks while always keeping safety and quality first • Monitor production process through distributive control system and operating rounds • Operate and control motors, pumps, and valves as required by the process • Operate support utilities such as cooling tower, boiler, air compressor, wastewater system, etc. • Respond to alarms, and/or problems according to Standard Operating Procedures • Maintain daily shift notes and patrol sheets • Load and unload materials from a variety of vessels • Actively participate in quality, safety and production teams • Perform and maintain general housekeeping and other duties including light maintenance • Maintain a clean work environment • Participate in the HOS Continuous Improvement Process • Will be required to train other employees in the operations in which they are certified • Will be required to be a member of the Emergency Response Team • Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs.

Basic Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience of working in an industrial environment

Additional Qualifications:
• Manufacturing experience and/or Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-starter • Must have a history of meeting challenging objectives • Able to work as a team and individually • Ability to wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including respirator • Ability to work all shifts to support a 24/7 operation • Ability to communicate with all members of the site • Ability to use PC based software applications
