This position is ideal for candidates who are not currently working and can start a new opportunity as soon as next week. The pay being offered on this position is between $15-18 depending on experience. Job duties for the Administration Assistant position include: answering phones, greeting guests as they come in, coordinating meetings with internal staff, scheduling conference rooms, data entry of invoices into system, email correspondence with external clients/customers, supporting all other adhoc duties as needed.
