Position Description

Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of Accounting and Financial Analytics experience Required

Critical Skills

  • Utilize strong analytical and innovative skill sets to maximize relationships with business partners.

  • Must demonstrate strong relationship building and the ability to influence and effect change.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Experience extracting and analyzing large data sets

  • Proficient in use of MS Office – Advanced Excel proficiency preferred

  • Basic proficiency in Word, Power Point,

  • Must have strong proficiency in Access or another database

  • Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices and systems

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong prioritization skills

  • Must be able to work independently and take full accountability

  • Project management and researching skills

  • Must be able to work with cross functional teams


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

  • MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience
