·Develop expertise in Trane residential andcommercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications.

·Receive quote requests from the sales team andcustomers via walk-in, telephone, or email, and determine projectscope/requirements.

·Drive close rates and sales growth by creatingcommercial and project quotes that leverage Trane strengths.

·Follow-up and assist in the closure of LCU andProject quotes.

·Develop and execute action plans to meetquarterly and yearly sales goals for assigned accounts.

·Provide technical and administrative assistanceto dealers and contractors.

·Achieve proficiency in business operationssoftware systems; meet productivity and accuracy standards.

·Provide second-level customer service support:

·Rotate to the Trane Supply counter on a regularbasis.

·Maintain company pricing policy.


·Strong written andverbal communication skills

·Minimum 2 years ofcollege or equivalent or successful career in HVAC industry.

·Experience withcounter sales preferred.

·Mechanicalaptitude with knowledge of HVAC products and applications

·Strong computerskills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

·Ability to workwell in a team environment

·Goodorganizational skills and ability to focus on administrative detail.
