Thomson Reuters Order Processor in Carrollton, Texas
Responsibilities include: Audit of SAP Orders for SOX compliance, run and resolve issues from daily order reports, set milestone billing, subscription date adjustments, maintenance of customer information and customer partner information, and understanding of order lifecycle processes for each line of business. Participate in project work as needed.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Process orders from Saleforce.com into SAP workflow and manual orders in SAP - Problem solving - Researching order issues and ensure they are resolved - Daily audit of order quality - Monthly audit of non-standard contract compliance - Maintenance of order backlog report - Validating data from SFDC Idocs - Monthly metrics - UAT testing and continued regression testing - Support Customers, Sales teams, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Analyst departments with responses to daily inquiries - Assisting Business Analyst Group with material and pricing set up and ad hoc requests - Daily monitoring of Auto Cases from Salesforce.com - Maintain the information within the Customer Master in SAP - Communicating with multiple internal departments
