Provides claims support, including status update, documenting claim details, high level valuation methodology, and resolve product/report issues. Emphasis is on effortless experience, identifying opportunities for self-service options, and ensuring first contact resolution.
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
Ability to research information using web- based tools
Strong attention to detail
Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
