CTG is looking to hire a strong Epic Connect Director that is ready for a wonderful opportunity to care for and be accountable for the overall success of CTG's Community Connect solution offerings.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the CTG Leadership team to expand CTG's Community Connect services

  • Work with delivery and sales to oversee service offerings, enhance tools and methodologies and serve as executive leader over projects.

  • Provide education to CTG internal teams to assure an organizational understanding of the Community Connect program goals, objectives, value, benefits and methodology

  • Execute sales calls and work in conjunction with the Client Partners to drive the sales pipeline for Community Connect

  • Work closely with the Implementation/Optimization Delivery Director to mentor and train new CTG associates on the methodology and tools

  • Provide oversight in collaboration with the Implementation/Optimization Delivery Director of the CTG client teams in the field

  • Work to continuously improve and update our process adding new vendor Connect solutions as they emerge in the market

  • Serve at the “CTG Champion” for all Connect programs


  • Prior Connect leadership experience (both ambulatory and hospital connect projects) specifically with Epic.

  • Particular experience with early planning, cost of ownership, budgeting, etc.

  • Achievement of meeting sales/revenue targets in prior roles

Preferred, but not required:

Epic certification

Merger/acquisition planning experience
