The Manager, Quality Assurance researches, drafts, writes, and implements policies, procedures, facility memorandum, and memorandum related to the operation and maintenance of the facility in accordance with established standards and contractual obligations to the contracting agency.


Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice,a social or behavioral science or other acceptable related field and two or more years of experience in the field of criminal justice preferred. Experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis. Additional graduate course work in a related field may be substituted for the experience on a year-for-year basis. A valid driver's license required. Must demonstrate a knowledge of computer applications to include Microsoft Word for Windows and Excel or similar spreadsheet programs.
