The primary focus for this position will be administrative support for our Finance function. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Accounts Payable

  • Entry of invoices into financial system for payment

  • Printing checks and submitting to CEO for approval/signature

Expense Reporting and Reimbursement

  • Manage the expense reimbursement process for all employees

  • Review, obtain approval, and submit for payment employee expense reports


  • Assist in maintaining our time and expense tracking system

  • Reconcile bank accounts with financial system

  • 1-3 years experience in Accounting or Finance

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to interact with team members of all levels within the company

  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential documents and information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required
