Summary: Accenture Interactive aims to help CMOs drive superior digital marketing performance through relevance at scale. As a lead in Integrated Marketing, this role will be focused on aiding our clients to transform their marketing organizations. Strategize, design, develop and implement operating models, organizational constructs that enable our clients to change the manner in which they deliver value through marketing. Participate in both new business development, as well as delivery of services to client engagements. Engage in projects that design and stand up/activate Accenture’s agency services. Lead strategic engagements with clients that encompass a wide range of activities, including assessments and roadmaps to provide recommendations, understanding both industry best practices and client business objectives. By understanding and driving marketing business outcomes, this role would also be a key player in driving and integrating related Accenture Interactive business activity, particularly in marketing operations, data and analytics, content, experience, and commerce/web. Business Development:

Play an active role in identifying, defining and selling the personalization value proposition to new and existing clients. · Attend sales meetings, manage pipeline, shape proposals and support RFP responses for this space.


Lead major digital marketing consultative engagements where Accenture is actively creating, deploying and managing a Client’s digital marketing strategy and roadmap. This may involve architecting the digital marketing strategy, conducting research, building digital marketing campaigns, partnering with ad and marketing technology vendors, optimizing campaigns for business outcomes, creating performance reporting, and making program improvement recommendations.

Perform assessments and develop roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital marketing objectives. Perform detailed evaluation of client business environments and the market they sell in, including capabilities and assets, brand aspirations, customer needs, platform assessments, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats within the digital space.

Work closely with client representatives, Accenture personnel and partners throughout project to define and review deliverables, meet expectations and address any account concerns.

Foster the development of the team, from active recruitment to the active management of aligned personnel to the operation of internal team meetings.


Keep in front of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events. Identify and correlate emerging trends within the digital landscape that Clients can benefit from.

Represent Accenture at industry conferences, presenting thought leadership and the Accenture point of view on personalization and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Developing new operating models for our clients that encompass people, process, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations in order to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes.

Lead teams to develop new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training and communication plans and aid our clients to roll-out and stand up those transformational changes within their organization

Gathering and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated marketing performance and operations, and designing roadmaps, organizations and operations to deliver this.

Identifying ineffectiveness and areas of opportunity within a client’s marketing organization and determining strategic implications. Defining detailed plans, inclusive of people, process and technology, to generate improvements

Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable client teams to operate in a “new way of working”

Engaging with senior level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to improve and grow their ability to meet business objectives

Leading and supporting new business opportunities through client relationship development, pitches and RFP responses

Travel - Required Qualifications: Your Experience:

8 years of digital marketing operations experience with one or more of the following:

integrated CRM direct-response data-driven marketing with B2C, B2B or B2B2C organizations 8 years in a leadership capacity defining strategies and plans that improve and grow business outcomes 5 years of experience consulting or defining process/organizational solutions in a business environment working within a digital business, digital agency or consulting · 5 years as a subject matter expert in integrated marketing operations and processes with expertise in designing and understanding nuances of data-driven multichannel relationship marketing organizations that cross web, mobile, social, email, and traditional direct marketing channels · Bachelor’s degree minimum.
