The time is right to join HNTB Corporation! HNTB Architecture, is an award winning, multidisciplinary firm known and respected for its work in aviation, sports, convention centers, transit, and other architectural services. We are currently seeking an Architect II Dallas, TX studio. This position will full have responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating design assignments for transit projects.
Responsible for producing project documentation, BIM modeling, aspects of design, research and graphics under direction
Prepares design drawings, construction drawings and presentation documents.
Applies knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
Able to understand project needs and respond in an efficient, logical manner.
Understands sustainable design concepts and able to integrate with work at hand.
Applies architectural concepts and designs with the support of more experienced staff
Experienced user of Bentley Microstation for project documentation in transit projects.
Experience with Autodesk Revit in modeling and project documentation
Experience with Sketchup and 3D MAX in the creation of models, materials, animations and renderings.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time is necessary.
Ability to self-direct and self-regulate required.
Excellent communication skills required.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture plus 2-4 years of experience required.
