Related to Delivery/Subject Matter Expertise, you will be expected to:

• Participate in developing creative, strategic, proactive and technically correct advice to clients

• Display strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to articulate complex concepts

• Actively participate in client meetings to gather information, establish needs, clarify expectations, develop strategy and obtain feedback

• Ensure quality services are provided to clients

• Contribute to advancement of the firm by seeking to learn and share best practices

• Keep up-to-date of developments in the field and at your clients so that you maintain your professional expertise and can be timely and informed in your advice to clients

• Create white papers, presentations, surveys and other thought leadership

• Deliver presentations on Management Consulting offerings at local and regional conferences

• Understand complex data analytic processes

• Lead internal professional development sessions designed to train other staff

Related to Client Management , you will be expected to:

• Prepare and keep to schedules and budgets resulting in on-time, profitable projects

• Participate in Account Executive billing decisions and bill preparation assuring high collection rates and retention of clients

• Delegate work to junior staff

• Organize client meetings to gather information and develop strategy for clients

• Lead new business development opportunities on a specific offerings

• Consistently seek to improve the level of service and capabilities for clients

• Market new Xerox products and improve business relationships with existing and prospective clients using cross selling and other marketing techniques

• Consistently network with current and former clients for business development

The following is required :

• Bachelor's and/or advanced Degree

• 10 years of consulting experience

• 4 years of enterprise/organizational change management experience

• In-depth knowledge of multiple industries and organizational functions

• Project management skills and experience

• Demonstrated management and/or supervisory skills

• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Comfortable with ambiguity

• Enjoys problem-solving

• Ability to interact with all levels of management and/or clients

• Demonstrates proven ability to sell new business and extension business

• Ability to work in a matrixed environment

• Ability to complete complex data analytic processes

• Ability to lead program level initiatives

• Ability to lead client discussions

• Ability to produce thought leadership and drive innovation
