Provides five‐star high‐quality concierge service for the assigned property. This position provides services and information to the community residents, and assists Community Directors with resident and leasing related events.

Greets, engages and assists residents, guests, prospects and vendors in a vibrant, courteous and professional manner.
Coordinates and promotes participation in community programs, outings and events.
Provide personal services of the highest level that may include, but not limited, to restaurant reservations, recreation requests, floral orders, package pick-up, etc. They also have the ability to make available maps, literature, and other materials.
Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.
Assure prompt and positive action on all resident complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up; respond to inquiries regarding services and building issues.
Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the desk to open doors and assist customers.
Writes and distributes a monthly resident newsletter.
Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events (concerts, theater, sporting events, special events, and more) and provide continuous updates as necessary/directed.
Assist and coordinate with new move-ins as necessary.
Provide administrative assistance with resident files and collection of customer information.
Maintain key log and all applicable data sheets. Take ownership of all appropriately loaned keys to vendors, contractors, realtors, and guests.
Procure discount services for local entertainment venues, hotel accommodations, restaurants, etc.
Assist tenants in scheduling corporate and personal events and venues.
Must be available to work overtime, days, nights, evenings, and weekends, as necessary.
Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself and all personnel at all times.
Miscellaneous duties as required.

High School diploma, or general equivalent degree (GED)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 6-months experience in a customer service position
Experience in residential property management a plus
