We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator who will under limited supervision, coordinates all garnishment activities including, set-up, deductions, payments, and communication. Additional responsibilities include:
Setup, maintain, and process all Garnishment orders including, but not limited to: Child Support, IRS Levies, Creditor Garnishments, Student Loans and State Tax Levies.
Process all Garnishment Interrogatives.
Process ExpertPay - electronic paying of child support deductions.
Request Funding for ExpertPay.
Reconcile and mail Garnishment checks from AP.
Research garnishment inquiries.
Assist employees/vendors with inquiries/questions.
Meet state and corporate deadlines.
Assist with payroll processing functions.
Utilize exceptional Customer Service skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3 years of SAP Garnishment/Payroll experience required
Demonstratedoral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated detail orientation and organizational skills.
Ability to take initiative to successfully complete assignments by utilizing all available resources such as online resource tools.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Garnishment/Child Support experience preferred.
