Topgolf Director of Advertising - Media, Price & Promotions in Dallas, Texas


The Director of Advertising-Media, Pricing & Promotions is responsible for managing the Topgolf paid media budget, media buying, briefing external agencies and ensuring creative is executed. They will also be responsible for the execution of promotions across our venues. These price/package promotions are tailored to venue specific trends and requirements. A strong background in media planning with in-depth knowledge of the digital media world is required.

Key Responsibilities:

How You'll Do It

  • Analyze sales and ratings data to provide strategic recommendations on price and promotions to senior management

  • Manage relationship with internal and external media buying partners

  • Media buying according to requirements for campaigns and promotions

  • Analyze media results and conversions, report to senior management and adjust the creative or spend allocation based on findings

  • Brief creative on additional versions/new creative concepts required

  • Work with financial planning team to develops pricing models for products – new and existing

  • Develop tools and scorecards to track and analyze key metrics and value captured from price promotion activity and media buys

Key Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years experience in the Marketing or Advertising field

  • Media Buying experience required

  • Hospitality or retail industry knowledge preferred

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under time constraints

  • Ability to analyze and action Marketing data

  • Fluency in core media tools required
