This position is responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents.
You may research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions.
This also may include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
Using your enrollment or claims processing knowledge, along with your research skills you will be responsible for the benefit configuration, case installation and maintenance of existing customer setup and new business setup within COSMOS or NICE. Day to day activities include: group setup, building benefits, and maintenance of benefit configuration on COSMOS /NICE, researching & resolving setup concerns, and responding to urgent issues timely. Strong research skills are required to resolve installation or configuration questions and develop customer specific resolutions.This role requires utilizing controls and analysis to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Daily workload requires individuals to partner with team members, data analysts and business analyst to streamline work flows and ensure desired outcomes to meet regulatory and business operating rules.Position in this function are responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials.

May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.Primary Responsibilities: Prepare plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials Provide support to external customers and team members Serve as a resource to business partners and co-workers Structure building, revisions and billing set up Research and resolve structure issues Conduct database loading Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in new business meetings Maintain acceptable and appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times Assist with the development of process improvements for the department Analyzes and investigates. Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise. Requirements: High school diploma or GED 2+ years COSMOS and/or NICE 2+ years experience in CMS 2+ years of experience using MS Excel(pivot tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, v lookups) Assets: SharePoint experience is a plus Access experience is a plus Knowledge of health care benefit principles and medical terminology Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
